Delete Your ClariTrack Account

You can permanently delete your ClariTrack account and associated Health and Wellness Data directly within the ClariTrack mobile application.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the ClariTrack mobile application.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Open Profile.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Review the deletion warning.
  6. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  7. Confirm the deletion.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you confirm deletion, ClariTrack immediately deletes your user-scoped records from the active application database and deletes your authentication account. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Standard security, diagnostic and infrastructure logs may remain temporarily under the applicable service provider's retention schedule.

Cannot access the app?

If you cannot access the ClariTrack application, email privacy@claritrack.app from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before processing an email request.
